THT technology
Technologies and services
In our THT the boards are completed manually. Not all components can be set by machine for technical or economic reasons. Light spot supported assembly tables are used for complex printed circuit boards. Subsequently, the assemblies are lead-free soldered under nitrogen.
Our employees are trained to the IPC-A-610D class 2 or class 3 requirements by our in-house IPC trainers. We guarantee excellent process quality through constant optimization steps (such as continuous improvement process (CIP) and statistical process control).
